A Prayer with Luke 3:1-20

God sent John the Baptizer to proclaim a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. We pray that He would grant us genuine sorrow over our sinful state and sinful thoughts, words, and deeds, and that He would grant us His bountiful forgiveness that we may lead holy lives.
