A Prayer with Mark 2:18-28

Jesus is both Savior of sinners and Lord of the Sabbath. We pray Him to grant us the true rest of His forgiveness of sins, that we may abstain from earthly pleasures, find comfort in His presence in the Word and Sacraments, and eagerly await His eternal kingdom.
