The Transfiguration (2020)

Much of the Christian Church celebrates the Transfiguration of Our Lord on this day, August 6. Today we pray that, since our Lord Jesus Christ has been transfigured, we may be delivered from the “disquietude”–the uneasiness, worry, anxiety–of this world and may by faith behold the King in His beauty.
